The service
TrustHours provides time tracking, screenshots, timesheets, payroll calculation, team chat, video meetings and an MCP connector, as described on this site.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for using TrustHours lawfully in your country, for telling your team what is recorded, and for obtaining any consent your local law requires. The app asks each employee for permission before tracking starts.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per active user per month and start with a 14-day free trial with no card required. Yearly billing is available at two months free. If you cancel within 30 days of your first paid invoice, we refund it. The first 20 teams to subscribe keep the launch price for as long as their subscription stays active. The Free plan is free for up to 3 users. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes apply from the next billing date.
Data
Your data stays yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use TrustHours to monitor people who have not been told, or in any way that breaks the law.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
