Open the file. Choose “Only for me”. No admin password needed.

Is it safe to click “Run anyway”?+
Yes, if you downloaded the file from trusthours.com. The warning appears because the app is new, not because a problem was found.
Why does Windows say “Unknown publisher”?+
Windows trusts apps based on how many people have downloaded them. TrustHours is new, so it has not built that history yet.
Does the app work on Mac?+
Not yet. The tracking app is Windows today; a macOS build is in progress. The dashboard works in any browser.
Do managers need to install anything?+
No. Only the people being tracked install the app. Managers use the dashboard in a browser.
Does the app need a server address?+
No. Sign in with your TrustHours email and it connects to your company automatically.
