What we collect
Account data: name, email, company name and billing details.
Tracking data (only while the TrustHours app is running and tracking is on): time tracked, screenshots at the interval your company sets, names of active applications, and keyboard and mouse activity levels. We do not record the content of what is typed. Password fields are masked in screenshots.
Usage data: standard server logs and diagnostics needed to run the service.
How it is used
To provide the service to your company, to calculate timesheets and payroll, to support you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.
Who can see tracking data
Your company's owner and the people they authorise. Each employee can see their own data. If your company connects an AI assistant through the MCP connector, that assistant can access the data your company allows.
Retention
Screenshots are kept for 2 months on paid plans and 2 weeks on the Free plan, then deleted automatically. Other account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request after closure.
Where data is stored
In the data region your company selects.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. Employees should contact their company owner first; you can also contact us through the form on our Contact page.
